This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of the strategy, optimization, enhancement, and upkeep of Workday and various HR Operations systems.
• Spot opportunities for process improvement and technology optimization.
• Investigate and alleviate issues and challenges.
• Collaborate with vendors on technology roadmaps and upgrade releases.
• Engage in the Workday community and promote Workday within the organization.
• Configure Workday's core HCM and related modules, including Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Integration, and Performance.
• Collect and define business requirements, assess options, design and implement solutions, manage change, and drive user adoption.
• Generate, edit, and prepare reports, analytics, and dashboards.
• Deliver hands-on Workday training to HRIS and support teams.
• Guide and provide functional leadership to colleagues in HR Operations and People & Culture.
• Develop training materials and knowledge base resources, and conduct training sessions.
• Address end-user issues, resolve problems, assist with technology requests, and manage escalations.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of organizational data through audits and cleanup initiatives.
• Diagnose and fix integration errors.
• Prepare, test, and process EIBs.
• Oversee security roles and permissions.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting, administering, or configuring Workday across multiple modules.
• 7 years of overall experience in HR, IT, or another business analyst role.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, analytical, complex problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient communicator with strong listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Excellent prioritization, project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Capability to effectively serve multiple customers.
• Experience with advanced reporting, analytics, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
