This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and implement the HR technology roadmap that aligns with HR and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to enhance HR processes, employee experience, data quality, and operational efficiency using technology.
• Act as a subject matter expert and reliable advisor on HR systems and emerging HR technology trends.
• Manage the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the HR technology ecosystem, which includes HRIS/HCM, talent acquisition, workforce management, document management, and employee service delivery platforms.
• Supervise integrations between HR systems and enterprise platforms, vendors, and third-party applications.
• Set standards and controls for data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and proper usage.
• Assess processes and execute workflow optimization, automation, system enhancements, and standardization.
• Establish and uphold HR system security, role-based access, governance, privacy, segregation of duties, and compliance controls.
• Coordinate access reviews, audits, and remediation efforts.
• Lead HR technology implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and strategic initiatives from requirements gathering to deployment and stabilization.
• Develop project plans, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate testing and user acceptance, and ensure that business requirements are fulfilled.
• Support the governance and development of HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and implementation partners, including performance oversight, escalations, contracts, renewals, and product roadmaps.
• Evaluate new functionalities and technology investments.
• Keep abreast of developments in HR technology, artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and employee experience.
• Lead, mentor, and develop HRIS team members.
• Set priorities, accountability, and align resources effectively.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, and other business partners.
• Communicate technical concepts, risks, recommendations, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Encourage problem-solving and conflict resolution, escalating risks and issues as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supporting HRIS, HCM, HR technology, enterprise applications, or related business systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading teams, projects, or significant cross-functional HR technology initiatives; prior people-management experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in administering, configuring, and optimizing UKG Pro in an enterprise environment is required.
• Strong understanding of core platform functionality, system configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and ongoing system administration.
• Experience in leading HR technology implementations, integrations, system upgrades, enhancements, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of HRIS security, role-based access, data privacy, audit controls, system governance, and data integrity principles.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, middleware/iPaaS solutions, file-based interfaces, and third-party HR technology vendors.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, testing, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to assess business processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and technology-driven improvements.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools, including HRIS reporting platforms, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, or traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• PMP, CBAP, SHRM, HRCI, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant HR technology/platform certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives concurrently.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and partner across HR, IT, Finance, and other business functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
