This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain HR systems, primarily Workday, ensuring efficient daily operations, addressing user inquiries, facilitating system navigation, and resolving issues.

• Collaborate with teams including Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, HR Partners, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot system problems and investigate root causes.

• Assist in Workday configuration, enhancements, and release processes by collecting requirements, documenting impacts, conducting regression testing, validating outcomes, and aiding in implementation readiness.

• Monitor and enhance HR data quality through audits, research into discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.

• Develop and update HRIS documentation, job aids, testing materials, process guides, and training resources.

• Contribute to system projects, process improvements, interface modifications, job profile updates, merit and compensation processes, reporting enhancements, and cross-functional HR technology initiatives.

• Relay system updates, process changes, testing results, and training requirements to HR partners and stakeholders.

• Facilitate HR reporting and analytics by assisting users in locating reports, validating outputs, and enhancing access to HR data.

• Process internal HRIS help desk tickets, coordinate resolution steps, document updates, and escalate complex issues.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in HRIS configuration and system administration, preferably with Workday.

• Experience may comprise a blend of professional experience and educational background.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

• Workday Pro Certification for HCM is preferred.
