HR Working Student 360°

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Coordination of job requirement profiles, including the creation and posting of job advertisements, screening applications, and communicating with candidates.

• Assistance with applicant management and the administrative upkeep of the HR system, Personio.

• Support during onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Planning and organizing training and professional development initiatives.

• Maintenance and preparation of HR data, along with assistance in HR reporting.

• Monitoring legal frameworks and implementing new regulations and processes.

• Assistance in organizing annual reviews and other recurring HR activities.

• Management of smaller HR projects and organizational tasks.

• Maintenance of the career page on the company website.

• Support in planning and organizing internal events, trade fairs, and external events.

• Selection, ordering, and coordination of promotional and marketing items.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

• Initial experience in HR, recruiting, or organizational roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Preferably familiar with an applicant tracking system such as Personio.

• Structured, reliable, and capable of working independently.

• Enthusiastic about contributing your ideas and eager to learn new concepts.

• Proficient in common Office programs.

• Proficient in German at a C1 level.
