HR Trainer / Learning Facilitator – Employment Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific online instruction from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Plan, design, and implement engaging lessons utilizing a variety of teaching and learning methodologies

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve instructional and training materials

• Prepare and administer learning assessments

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives

• Assist course participants in achieving successful learning outcomes

• Aid participants in strategically enhancing their professional competencies

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in human resources management, personnel administration, or employment law, or equivalent further training

• Several years of hands-on experience in human resources management, especially in employment law

• Teaching qualification, such as AEVO certification, is advantageous

• Passion for imparting knowledge practically and presenting complex subjects clearly

• Organized, self-directed, and dependable work approach

• Proficient German language skills at the C2 level
