This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collect and document business requirements in collaboration with HR stakeholders

• Evaluate and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business goals

• Develop functional specifications for system improvements and implementations

• Work together with IT teams and external partners on HR technology solutions

• Engage in system configuration, customization, integration, and testing processes

• Provide continuous support for HR systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues

• Monitor system performance and gather user feedback

• Create and maintain user manuals and process-flow documentation

• Assist and support HR system users

• Plan, execute, and oversee HR technology projects

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and relay project status to stakeholders and leadership

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data

• Develop and manage HR reports and dashboards

• Analyze data to uncover trends and insights for HR strategies

• Ensure compliance of HR systems with relevant regulations and policies


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or a comparable role

• Proficiency in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and system design

• Solid understanding of HR processes and workflows

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues

• Proficient in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Experience in managing HR technology projects from start to finish

• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business requirements and new technologies

• Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements associated with HR systems

• Ability to ensure HR systems adhere to applicable regulations and policies
