HR Specialist, Payroll – LOGA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the Group-wide LOGA payroll system for centralized payroll processing and associated facilities.

• Ensure consistent, efficient, and dependable system operations within the payroll setting.

• Analyze, evaluate, and manage system-related inquiries from payroll and associated facilities.

• Implement statutory regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and organizational requirements.

• Provide support for releases, testing, and technical improvements.

• Manage and optimize interfaces with related payroll and financial systems.

• Assist with data quality assessments.

• Contribute to reporting and user training initiatives.

• Participate in Group-wide payroll IT and digital transformation projects.

• Collaborate at the intersection of payroll, IT, reporting, and external service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training, a university degree, or an equivalent qualification in payroll, business, or IT.

• Professional experience in payroll management.

• Familiarity with monthly payroll processes.

• Practical experience with LOGA or a similar payroll system is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of statutory and collective bargaining regulations in payroll.

• Passion for analyzing, optimizing, and advancing system-supported payroll processes.
