HR Specialist, Payroll – LOGA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the organization-wide LOGA payroll system for centralized payroll operations and facilities management.

• Guarantee stable, efficient, and dependable system functionality within the payroll environment.

• Evaluate, address, and manage system-related inquiries from Payroll and facilities.

• Execute statutory, collective bargaining, and organizational mandates.

• Assist with software releases, testing, and technical improvements.

• Administer and refine interfaces with connected payroll and financial systems.

• Aid in data quality assessments.

• Support reporting efforts and provide user training.

• Participate in organization-wide payroll IT and digitalization initiatives.

• Collaborate with Payroll, IT, Reporting, and external service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training, a university degree, or an equivalent qualification in payroll, business, or IT.

• Professional experience in payroll or payroll processing.

• Knowledge of monthly payroll procedures.

• Hands-on experience with LOGA or a similar payroll system is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of statutory and collective bargaining regulations in payroll processing.

• Passion for analyzing, optimizing, and further advancing system-supported payroll processes.

• Methodical, solution-focused, and service-driven work approach.

• Confident communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
