HR Specialist – Employee Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Organize, lead, and implement regular employee activities that promote camaraderie, teamwork, and various areas of interest.

• Collaborate with other departments to pinpoint areas for enhancement and boost productivity and efficiency.

• Cultivate relationships with team leaders and staff members.

• Monitor and manage departmental timelines and events.

• Assist with other HR functions, including employee documentation and coordination with external providers.

• Adhere to team and/or client procedures, policies, and methodologies.

• Carry out additional related tasks as required or assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other relevant fields.

• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources focusing on Employee Engagement is required.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken, are necessary.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills are essential.

• Capability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Must be able to handle and maintain confidential information.

• Strong interpersonal skills are a must.

• Highly organized and aware of timeframes and deadlines.

• Must be able to work from home and have a reliable internet connection.
