HR Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Complete management of HR services for designated clients

• Maintenance and administration of employee information

• Drafting of contracts and HR-related documents

• Addressing HR inquiries while delivering exceptional, client-centered service

• Collaboration with internal teams and client representatives

• Involvement in HR projects and enhancement of workflows and processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree in HR, business administration, or a related discipline

• Practical experience in operational HR functions for Germany and/or Austria

• Understanding of German and/or Austrian labor regulations

• Basic knowledge of German and/or Austrian payroll processes is advantageous

• Foundational understanding of HR procedures, employment law frameworks, and best practices is preferred

• Organized, dependable, and client-oriented approach to work

• Fluent in German (minimum C2) both spoken and written, and proficient in English (minimum B2) both spoken and written

• Familiarity with HR systems, preferably SAP ERP and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, along with strong MS Office capabilities
