HR Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Act as a vital business partner and trusted HR expert in-country for clients within the EOR sector.

• Assist with onboarding processes, lifecycle events, and terminations throughout the Czech Republic.

• Handle intricate employee relations cases, including calls, meetings, and legally compliant documentation.

• Develop and nurture relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal experts.

• Provide clients with advice on benefits, compliance, workforce planning, employment contracts, and risk management.

• Stay informed about labor regulations and cultural differences in the EMEA region.

• Oversee Performance Improvement Plans and ensure salary adjustments are made promptly.

• Assist with employee immigration and mobility requirements in collaboration with the Global Mobility team.

• Recognize tasks that can be delegated, document procedures, and facilitate knowledge transfer.

• Promote automation, AI integration, and the optimization of HR processes.

• Lead compliance governance initiatives across the EMEA region.

• Spearhead global HR standardization and continuous improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR.

• Extensive knowledge of regional labor laws.

• Proven experience in managing complex employee relations.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in technology, including HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack.

• Proficiency in the German language is preferred.

• Familiarity with the EOR industry is a plus.

• Experience in managing the employee lifecycle in Germany or Austria is preferred.
