This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Provide top-tier HR support to G-Pβs clients and engaged professionals.
β’ Assist in overseeing back-end HR, accounting, and legal service providers for international entities.
β’ Act as a regional authority for employee lifecycle events and HR functions in Canada.
β’ Offer senior-level expertise on Canadian market norms, compliance, benefits, payroll, and HR matters specific to Canada.
β’ Manage relationships with Canadian payroll providers, benefits brokers, HR advisors, and other collaborators.
β’ Work in tandem with Customer Services to drive client acquisition and maintain long-term customer relationships.
β’ Facilitate off-boarding and strategically handle terminations in accordance with Canadian labor laws.
β’ Propel the adoption and integration of product and AI initiatives to enhance HR Operations workflows and automate routine tasks.
β’ Tackle potential errors through innovative negotiation, developing solutions that benefit all parties involved.
β’ Employ analytical thinking to resolve complex challenges.
β’ Address ongoing client inquiries by engaging the relevant team members.
β’ Maintain customer and professional records within the online portal and vendor platforms.
β’ Lead comprehensive compliance projects alongside cross-functional teams and advance both local and global initiatives.
β’ BS/BA Degree or higher in Human Resources, International Business, Accounting, Law, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner.
β’ Strong working knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
β’ Extensive understanding of Canadian employment laws and legal requirements.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Capable of prioritizing tasks, self-motivating, and maintaining regulation while working both independently and within a team.
β’ Resourceful and adaptable; skilled at navigating uncharted territories and resolving issues in compliance with regulations.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Experience in interacting with individuals internationally, understanding diverse cultural norms, values, and communication styles.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
β’ Experience utilizing AI tools to boost productivity and optimize workflows.
β’ Highly dependable, organized, and customer-service oriented, with strong creative problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Willingness to work flexible hours across different time zones for international business.
