This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Oversee the EMEA SSC HR Operations team located in Poland, India, Romania, and the Philippines, ensuring effective communication across various organizational departments.
β’ Direct and manage the complete onboarding process for client-supported professionals across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
β’ Oversee the implementation of cohesive and standardized operational practices in collaboration with both internal and external business partners.
β’ Act as an operational escalation point for adherence to local labor laws, employment contracts, background checks, payroll, and benefits enrollments.
β’ Collaborate with legal, payroll and billing departments, local payroll providers, and benefits brokers during the onboarding of new employees.
β’ Ensure that service delivery objectives and OKRs, such as SLA, CSAT, and FCR, are achieved or surpassed.
β’ Work alongside HR, Customer Support, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams to guarantee seamless experiences for both customers and professionals.
β’ Translate operational challenges and manual workarounds into requirements for platform features in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
β’ Provide operational insights to align the core platform with the intricate regulatory and service delivery requirements of the EMEA region.
β’ Lead business transformation initiatives aimed at scaling operations, minimizing onboarding time, and enhancing margin efficiency.
β’ Identify structural inefficiencies and spearhead change management strategies to standardize processes across EMEA sub-regions.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree or higher in International Business, Accounting, Law, HR, Finance, or a related field of study.
β’ 5β10 years of experience in HR Operations, encompassing the entire employee lifecycle, within a dynamic, start-up environment.
β’ Proven experience in managing centralized HR shared service center operations for the EMEA region.
β’ Strong leadership skills with the capability to manage staff across multiple regions.
β’ Solid understanding of HR fundamentals across different locales.
β’ Willingness to participate in international calls or meetings outside of regular business hours.
β’ Project management expertise with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks and deadlines effectively.
β’ High proficiency in Zendesk and Salesforce; familiarity with business analytical tools is an advantage.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills to manage sensitive and confidential matters.
β’ Demonstrated composure, tact, and diplomacy.
β’ Excellent multi-cultural experience; capable of engaging with diverse individuals and groups.
β’ Ability to effectively resolve problems, analyze issues, and formulate action plans.
β’ Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
β’ Fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in additional EMEA languages is a plus.
β’ Proven ability to utilize AI-powered analytics tools.
β’ Experience with Lean & Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
