HR Services Manager – Turkey, Bulgaria

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, which encompasses onboarding, contracts, transfers, performance management, and offboarding.

• Provide guidance to clients and employees on local labor laws, HR policies, benefits, and market trends.

• Collaborate with Payroll, Sales, Client Success, and global teams to deliver local HR support and ensure smooth service provision.

• Independently manage HR issues and projects while maintaining quality, adherence to service level agreements, compliance, and prompt resolution.

• Identify areas for process improvement, risks, and opportunities.

• Cultivate relationships with clients and employees, leveraging feedback and market insights to enhance service quality, engagement, and satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience with a solid understanding of local employment laws (Turkish Labor Law or Bulgarian Labor Law).

• A degree in HR or a related discipline; a university education is preferred.

• Proven ability to manage a diverse range of HR issues independently.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in the local language and English.

• Strong skills in communication, interpersonal relations, collaboration, and client service.

• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach.
