This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
β’ Serve as the main HR contact for GEO employees and client stakeholders throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
β’ Provide daily HR and benefits assistance, including guidance on statutory and supplemental benefits.
β’ Conduct HR and benefits presentations that align with local labor regulations and company policies.
β’ Counsel clients on performance management, promotions, career development, and compensation benchmarking.
β’ Offer customized HR guidance to Embedded and HR Consulting clients.
β’ Prepare and oversee employment contracts and HR-related documentation.
β’ Monitor probation periods, contract end dates, and other significant timelines.
β’ Ensure adherence to local labor regulations, GDPR, and internal policies.
β’ Collaborate with payroll and benefits providers regarding payroll, tax filings, and social security submissions.
β’ Assist with work permit processes in conjunction with legal and immigration partners.
β’ Recognize and address legal, compliance, and operational risks.
β’ Lead and support HR initiatives related to employee transitions, organizational changes, and terminations.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance departments.
β’ Generate HR reports, assist with audits and due diligence, and respond to data inquiries.
β’ Improve employee experience through onboarding, engagement initiatives, check-ins, and offboarding.
β’ Address employee concerns, grievances, and facilitate conflict resolution.
β’ Identify process inefficiencies and implement enhancements in HR operations.
β’ Stay informed on employment laws and HR best practices.
β’ 5-6 years of demonstrated experience in HR management or HR business partnering, ideally within an international or Employer of Record (EOR) environment.
β’ Strong understanding of local and international labor laws, employment practices, and HR compliance.
β’ Experience with global HRIS platforms and HR tools.
β’ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Proficient in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
