HR Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main HR contact for clients, employees, and in-country partners throughout the complete employee lifecycle.

• Offer expertise on employment legislation, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and HR policies.

• Oversee onboarding, contracts, promotions, probation, employee transitions, work permits, and offboarding processes.

• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Sales teams.

• Identify HR, legal, compliance, and operational risks, providing appropriate recommendations.

• Assist with complex employee relations issues, grievances, organizational changes, and HR initiatives.

• Coordinate payroll, benefits, tax, and compliance requirements with local service providers.

• Lead or assist in HR projects, process enhancements, audits, and ongoing improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in HR management or HR business partnering, ideally within an international or Employer of Record (EOR) setting.

• In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian and Moldovan employment laws, HR practices, and employee benefits.

• Proven track record in managing employee relations and complex HR issues.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex HR concepts.

• Proactive, inquisitive, and a positive mindset.
