HR Service Delivery Generalist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Resolve standard and moderately complex HR inquiries and cases throughout the employee lifecycle independently.

• Analyze policies and determine suitable resolution pathways, escalating when necessary.

• Manage cases from start to finish, ensuring outcomes are timely, accurate, and consistent.

• Enhance regional inquiry queue performance by effective case management and prioritization.

• Recognize recurring issues and assist in process improvement and standardization efforts.

• Contribute to knowledge management, documentation, and enhancements in workflow.

• Collaborate with Specialists and People Partners on complex or high-risk situations.

• Capability to independently oversee HR cases and apply judgement within established policies.

• Expertise in HR systems, case management tools, and related workflows.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

• Proven track record of delivering consistent, high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience or equivalent qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
