This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, which encompasses job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Recruit both local and expatriate talent across various departments and business functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and formulate effective hiring strategies.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure vacancies are filled within established service levels.
• Conduct candidate assessments and offer hiring recommendations.
• Establish and maintain sourcing channels via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and recruitment agencies.
• Build talent pipelines to address current and future hiring requirements.
• Oversee onboarding documentation, orientation, and employee setup processes.
• Work closely with HR Administration, IT, and department managers to streamline onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and employment vendors.
• Monitor the performance of recruitment agencies and the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
• Support employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Ensure the accuracy of HR documentation, employee records, and HR system data.
• Assist with employee relations matters, engagement initiatives, and workplace issues.
• Manage resignation and termination processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
• Track recruitment KPIs and prepare reports and workforce updates related to recruitment.
• Analyze hiring trends and suggest enhancements to recruitment strategies and processes.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making through recruitment analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience in the Gaming, BPO, Online, Technology, or related sectors.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Prior experience recruiting both local and expatriate employees is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and workforce trends.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience leading recruitment projects or mentoring junior recruiters is a plus.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Vietnamese language proficiency is required.
• Proficiency in Chinese is considered a significant advantage.
