HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uzbekistan.

📋 Description

• Advertise open job vacancies across complimentary recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels

• Evaluate and manage candidate resumes submitted directly to the company

• Engage with candidates through Email and WhatsApp to arrange interview times that accommodate their time zones

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews each day from Monday to Friday

• Document every video interview for leadership review

• Keep precise daily logs

• Monitor candidate pipelines

• Provide organized daily reports

• Represent Assetara Limited on camera

• Assess candidate capabilities

• Report directly to senior management

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional spoken English with clear articulation

• Professional presentation abilities

• High level of confidence when on camera

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is advantageous

• Dedicated home office setup with a high-definition webcam

• Clear audio output through a microphone

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Capability to submit a CV and a 1–2 minute video resume via WhatsApp or Telegram
