HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tunisia.

📋 Description

• Publish open job opportunities across complimentary recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms.

• Review and process candidate resumes submitted directly by the company.

• Engage with candidates through Email and WhatsApp to schedule interview times that align with their respective time zones.

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews daily, from Monday to Friday, totaling approximately 10–15 interviews each week.

• Record each video interview for reporting purposes to leadership.

• Maintain precise daily logs and monitor candidate pipelines.

• Submit organized daily reports.

• Represent Assetara Limited on camera.

• Assess candidate potential.

• Report directly to top management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional spoken English with clear enunciation.

• Professional presentation abilities and a high level of confidence on camera.

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

• A dedicated home office setup equipped with a high-definition webcam.

• Clear microphone.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Capability to communicate with candidates via Email and WhatsApp.

• Ability to conduct and record video interviews.

• Submit a CV along with a 1–2 minute video resume via WhatsApp or Telegram.
