HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Post job openings across various free recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels

• Evaluate and manage candidate resumes submitted directly to the company

• Engage with candidates through Email and WhatsApp to arrange interview times

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews daily from Monday to Friday

• Document each video interview for reporting purposes to leadership

• Keep precise daily records

• Monitor candidate pipelines

• Provide structured daily reports

• Represent Assetara Limited in video formats

• Assess candidates' potential

• Report directly to senior management

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional spoken English with clear enunciation

• Strong presentation skills

• High level of confidence on camera

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing positions is preferred

• A dedicated home office setup is essential

• High-definition webcam required

• Clear microphone necessary

• Reliable high-speed internet connection mandatory

• Submission of a CV and a 1–2 minute video resume is required for application
