HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Namibia.

📋 Description

• Identify and source candidates for global job openings

• Advertise available positions on complimentary recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels

• Assess and process resumes submitted by the company

• Arrange interview schedules with candidates across various time zones

• Conduct 2 to 3 initial video interviews each day

• Document each video interview for reporting purposes to leadership

• Assess the potential of candidates

• Keep precise daily records and monitor candidate pipelines

• Provide structured daily reports

• Represent Assetara Limited during video interactions

• Report directly to senior management

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional spoken English with clear articulation

• Professional presentation abilities

• High level of confidence on camera

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing positions is preferred

• Dedicated home office setup equipped with a high-definition webcam

• Clear audio through a quality microphone

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Capability to communicate with candidates via Email and WhatsApp

• Availability to conduct 2 to 3 video interviews daily from Monday to Friday

• Requirement to record each video interview

• Submit a CV along with a 1–2 minute video resume through WhatsApp or Telegram
