HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mongolia.

📋 Description

• Advertise open job vacancies through various free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media sites.

• Evaluate and manage candidate resumes submitted directly by the organization.

• Engage with candidates via Email and WhatsApp to coordinate interview timings across different time zones.

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews each day from Monday to Friday.

• Document every video interview for reporting to leadership.

• Keep precise daily records and monitor candidate progress.

• Provide organized daily reports.

• Represent Assetara Limited during video interactions and report directly to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional spoken English with clear enunciation.

• Professional presentation abilities and strong confidence on camera.

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer service roles is preferred.

• A dedicated home office environment equipped with a high-definition webcam.

• A clear microphone.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Submission of a CV and a 1–2 minute video resume is required for application.
