HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Announce open job vacancies through various free recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels.

• Assess and process candidate resumes received directly from the company.

• Engage with candidates through email and WhatsApp to arrange interview times across different time zones.

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews daily, from Monday to Friday.

• Document every video interview for leadership reporting purposes.

• Keep precise daily logs and monitor candidate pipelines.

• Provide structured daily reports.

• Represent Assetara Limited on camera.

• Assess the potential of candidates.

• Report directly to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional spoken English with clear articulation.

• Professional presentation abilities and strong confidence on camera.

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.

• A dedicated home office setup equipped with a high-definition webcam.

• Clear audio from a quality microphone.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Submit a CV along with a 1–2 minute video resume via WhatsApp or Telegram.
