HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates while advertising open positions through free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms.

• Review and evaluate candidate resumes submitted by the company.

• Engage with candidates via email and WhatsApp to arrange interviews across different time zones.

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews each day from Monday to Friday.

• Document every video interview for leadership analysis.

• Maintain daily logs and monitor candidate pipelines.

• Provide structured daily reports.

• Act as a representative of Assetara Limited on camera.

• Assess the potential of candidates.

• Report directly to senior management.

• Exceptional spoken English with clear articulation.

• Professional presentation abilities.

• High level of confidence on camera.

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.

• A dedicated home office setup is required.

• High-definition webcam is necessary.

• A clear microphone is essential.

• A stable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.

• Capability to submit a CV and a 1–2 minute video resume via WhatsApp or Telegram.
