HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Liechtenstein.

📋 Description

• Advertise open job vacancies through free recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels.

• Assess and process candidate resumes submitted directly to the company.

• Engage with candidates via Email and WhatsApp to arrange interview times across various time zones.

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews daily, from Monday to Friday.

• Document each video interview for reporting purposes to leadership.

• Keep precise daily logs and monitor candidate pipelines.

• Provide organized daily reports.

• Represent Assetara Limited on camera.

• Assess candidate potential.

• Report directly to upper management.

• Outstanding spoken English with clear articulation.

• Professional presentation abilities.

• High confidence while on camera.

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing positions is preferred.

• Dedicated home office setup.

• High-definition webcam.

• Clear microphone.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Capability to submit a CV and a 1–2 minute video resume via WhatsApp or Telegram.
