HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Laos.

📋 Description

• Advertise open job vacancies through various free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms.

• Assess and manage candidate resumes submitted directly to the company.

• Engage with candidates via Email and WhatsApp to arrange interview times that accommodate their time zones.

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews daily, from Monday to Friday.

• Document each video interview for reporting purposes to leadership.

• Keep precise daily logs and monitor candidate pipelines.

• Provide structured daily reports.

• Represent Assetara Limited effectively on camera.

• Assess the potential of candidates.

• Report directly to upper management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional spoken English with clear enunciation.

• Professional skills in presentation.

• High level of confidence on camera.

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing positions is preferred.

• A dedicated home office equipped with a high-definition webcam.

• Clear audio capability with a good microphone.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• A CV and a 1–2 minute video resume are required for application.
