HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Advertise job openings on various free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms.

• Assess and process resumes from candidates submitted directly to the company.

• Engage with candidates through Email and WhatsApp to arrange interview times that fit their respective time zones.

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews each day, from Monday to Friday.

• Record all video interviews for reporting purposes to leadership.

• Keep accurate daily logs and monitor candidate pipelines.

• Provide organized daily reports.

• Represent Assetara Limited on camera, assess candidate potential, and communicate directly with senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional spoken English with clear articulation.

• Strong presentation skills and high confidence when on camera.

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-focused roles is preferred.

• A dedicated home office setup equipped with a high-definition webcam.

• A clear microphone.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Capability to submit a CV and a 1–2 minute video resume via WhatsApp or Telegram.
