HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Grenada.

📋 Description

• Advertise open job vacancies across various free recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media outlets.

• Assess and process candidate resumes submitted directly to the company.

• Engage with candidates through Email and WhatsApp to arrange interview times that suit their time zones.

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews each day, Monday through Friday.

• Document each video interview for reporting purposes to leadership.

• Keep precise daily logs and monitor candidate pipelines.

• Provide organized daily reports.

• Represent Assetara Limited on camera.

• Assess the potential of candidates.

• Report directly to senior management.

• Exceptional spoken English with clear pronunciation.

• Professional presentation abilities.

• High level of confidence on camera.

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

• A dedicated home office setup.

• High-definition webcam.

• Clear microphone.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Ability to communicate with candidates through Email and WhatsApp.

• Capability to conduct and record video interviews.

• A CV and a 1–2 minute video resume are required for application.
