HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Advertise open job vacancies across various free recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels

• Assess and process candidate resumes submitted directly by the company

• Engage with candidates through Email and WhatsApp to arrange interview times that suit their time zones

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews daily, from Monday to Friday

• Archive each video interview for leadership reporting purposes

• Keep precise daily logs

• Monitor candidate pipelines

• Deliver organized daily reports

• Represent Assetara Limited on video

• Assess the potential of candidates

• Report directly to senior management

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with clear articulation

• Professional presentation capabilities

• High level of confidence on camera

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is advantageous

• Dedicated home office setup

• High-definition webcam

• Clear microphone

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Ability to provide a CV and a 1–2 minute video resume via WhatsApp or Telegram
