HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Fiji.

📋 Description

• Advertise job openings on various free recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels.

• Assess and process candidate resumes received directly from the organization.

• Liaise with candidates to arrange interview times that correspond with their respective time zones.

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews each day, totaling approximately 10–15 interviews weekly.

• Record all video interviews for reporting purposes to leadership.

• Keep precise daily logs of activities.

• Monitor candidate pipelines effectively.

• Provide structured daily reports.

• Represent Assetara Limited on video.

• Assess the potential of candidates.

• Report directly to upper management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional spoken English with clear articulation.

• Professional presentation abilities.

• High confidence when appearing on camera.

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing positions is preferred.

• A dedicated home office setup is essential.

• A high-definition webcam is required.

• A clear microphone is necessary.

• A stable, high-speed internet connection is mandatory.

• Proficient in communication via Email and WhatsApp.

• Capability to conduct 2 to 3 video interviews daily, from Monday to Friday.

• Ability to record all video interviews.

• Must be able to submit a CV and a 1–2 minute video resume through WhatsApp or Telegram.
