HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Advertise open job vacancies across various free recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media sites.

• Assess and process candidate resumes submitted directly by the organization.

• Engage with candidates through Email and WhatsApp to arrange interview times that accommodate their respective time zones.

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews each day, from Monday to Friday.

• Document every video interview for reporting purposes to the leadership team.

• Keep precise daily logs and monitor candidate pipelines.

• Provide structured daily reports.

• Represent Assetara Limited on camera.

• Assess the potential of candidates.

• Report directly to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional spoken English with clear enunciation.

• Professional presentation abilities and a high level of confidence on camera.

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

• A dedicated home office setup equipped with a high-definition webcam.

• A clear microphone.

• A stable, high-speed internet connection.

• Capability to communicate with candidates through Email and WhatsApp.
