HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Publish open job vacancies across various free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms.

• Review and process candidate resumes submitted directly by the company.

• Communicate with candidates through Email and WhatsApp to arrange interview slots that suit their time zones.

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews daily from Monday to Friday.

• Record each video interview for reporting purposes to leadership.

• Assess candidate potential.

• Keep accurate daily logs and monitor candidate pipelines.

• Submit organized daily reports.

• Represent Assetara Limited on camera.

• Report directly to senior management.

• Exceptional spoken English with clear articulation.

• Professional presentation abilities.

• High level of confidence on camera.

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.

• Dedicated home office setup equipped with a high-definition webcam.

• Clear microphone for effective communication.

• Stable, high-speed internet connection.

• Capability to communicate with candidates through Email and WhatsApp.

• Ability to conduct 2 to 3 video interviews daily from Monday to Friday.

• Ability to record each video interview.

• Proficiency in maintaining daily logs, tracking candidate pipelines, and submitting structured daily reports.

• Submit a CV along with a 1–2 minute video resume via WhatsApp or Telegram.
