HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advertise open job vacancies across various free recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels.

• Evaluate and manage candidate resumes received directly from the company.

• Engage with candidates through Email and WhatsApp to arrange interview times that accommodate their time zones.

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews daily, from Monday to Friday.

• Document each video interview for reporting purposes to leadership.

• Keep precise daily records.

• Monitor candidate pipelines.

• Provide organized daily reports.

• Represent Assetara Limited during video interactions.

• Assess candidate potential.

• Directly report to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional spoken English with articulate diction.

• Professional presentation abilities.

• High level of confidence on camera.

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing positions is advantageous.

• Well-equipped home office setup.

• High-definition webcam.

• Clear microphone.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• CV and a 1–2 minute video resume to be submitted via WhatsApp or Telegram.
