HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Publish job openings across free recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels.

• Review and process resumes submitted directly by the company.

• Engage with candidates through Email and WhatsApp to arrange interview times across different time zones.

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews each day, Monday through Friday.

• Record all video interviews for reporting purposes to leadership.

• Maintain daily logs and monitor candidate pipelines.

• Submit organized daily reports.

• Represent Assetara Limited on camera.

• Assess candidate potential.

• Report directly to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional spoken English with clear articulation.

• Professional presentation abilities.

• High level of confidence on camera.

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or roles involving customer interaction is preferred.

• A dedicated home office setup.

• High-definition webcam.

• Clear microphone.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• CV and a 1–2 minute video resume are required for application.
