HR Recruiter, Video Interview Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Advertise open job vacancies on various free recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media channels.

• Review and manage candidate resumes submitted directly to the company.

• Engage with candidates through Email and WhatsApp to arrange interview appointments across different time zones.

• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews daily, Monday through Friday.

• Document each video interview for reporting purposes to leadership.

• Keep precise daily logs and monitor candidate pipelines.

• Provide structured reports on a daily basis.

• Represent Assetara Limited in video interactions.

• Assess candidate potential effectively.

• Report directly to senior management.

• Exceptional spoken English with articulate diction.

• Strong professional presentation abilities.

• High level of confidence while on camera.

• Previous experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing positions is preferred.

• A dedicated home office setup is essential.

• High-definition webcam is required.

• A clear microphone is necessary.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection is a must.

• Capability to communicate with candidates through Email and WhatsApp.

• Proficiency in conducting and recording video interviews.

• Submission of a CV and a 1–2 minute video resume is required for application.
