HR Recruiter – Equity Research, Due Diligence

📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and networking opportunities

• Perform initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability

• Work closely with clients to grasp their staffing requirements and expectations

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates

• Keep recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems updated and well-maintained

• Build and nurture relationships with prospective candidates and industry professionals

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or a similar field

• Strong grasp of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment

• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is advantageous
