This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +5 more countries.
β’ Assist the onboarding specialist with the administrative execution for around 40 clinical and administrative hires each month.
β’ Dispatch templated onboarding and employee communications from the shared people operations inbox.
β’ Create employee profiles in the HRIS, incorporating compensation, job, and benefits information.
β’ Resolve onboarding issues during weekly Thursday orientation sessions, such as equipment delivery, system access, and missing documentation.
β’ Aid the credentialing team with onboarding-related responsibilities for clinical staff.
β’ Ensure accurate employee records are maintained with admin-level HRIS access.
β’ Carry out HRIS data cleanup and audit projects.
β’ Manage employee change requests related to compensation, title, and department transfers.
β’ Monitor how HRIS data fields impact downstream payroll processing.
β’ Triage and address high-volume employee inquiries in the shared people operations inbox.
β’ Respond to employee queries regarding PTO, benefits, and company policies via email.
β’ Escalate policy-sensitive or complex matters to the Head of People.
β’ Assist with process automation and documentation projects assigned by the People team.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in HR coordination, people operations, or HR generalist roles.
β’ Admin-level HRIS experience, including the creation of employee profiles with compensation data and report generation.
β’ Familiarity with Paylocity, Rippling, BambooHR, Workday, ADP Workforce Now, or similar HRIS platforms.
β’ Practical onboarding execution experience supporting over 20 new hires each month.
β’ Knowledge of pre-boarding communications, new hire documentation, and orientation logistics.
β’ Proven experience in executing HRIS data cleanup, audit, or data validation projects.
β’ Experience managing a shared HR or people operations inbox, including templated employee communications.
β’ Availability to work full US business hours (Eastern to Mountain), including a regular Thursday 8:30 AM Mountain Time commitment.
β’ C1+ English proficiency (CEFR), with written communication being the primary channel.
β’ Experience in Paylocity administration is a plus (nice-to-have).
β’ Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or telehealth workforce onboarding, including credentialing or license verification support (nice-to-have).
β’ Exposure to benefits administration is a plus (nice-to-have).
β’ Technical understanding of how HRIS data fields integrate into payroll processing (nice-to-have).
β’ Professional working proficiency in Spanish in addition to English is a plus (nice-to-have).
