HR Internship – Researcher / Talent Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and map professionals using platforms like LinkedIn and resume databases.

• Perform initial screenings of candidates whose profiles match available positions.

• Assist with talent outreach and engagement efforts.

• Update spreadsheets and systems with candidate information.

• Aid in job postings across various channels.

• Conduct market research and salary comparisons.

• Collaborate with the team on recruitment and selection processes as well as special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently studying for a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• A genuine interest in Recruitment & Selection / Talent Hunting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an investigative mindset.

• Availability for a remote internship during standard business hours.

• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.

• Previous experience, even if limited, in recruitment and selection or customer service is advantageous.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and talent search tools is beneficial.

• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in English is a plus.

• Aspiration to pursue a career as a Headhunter / Talent Acquisition professional is a plus.
