This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership and effectively convey the product vision for Workday and other HR tools within Core HCM and related HR functional domains.
• Define, recommend, prioritize, and execute solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal technology partners to design technology solutions and integrations.
• Establish project management practices and governance processes from planning through testing and delivery.
• Ensure a successful end-user experience for new deployments and ongoing maintenance of Workday and integrations.
• Maintain platform health and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving escalated product issues.
• Create and manage the product and release requirements backlog.
• Negotiate and prioritize enhancements with global process owners.
• Oversee Workday security, efficiency, effectiveness, operations, risk, controls, and compliance.
• Foster relationships with HR Services leadership, COE leaders, and business leaders.
• Align business priorities and make trade-off decisions across competing interests.
• Balance strategic development with ongoing production support.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate issues, concerns, and obstacles.
• Act as a liaison between Technology and business partners.
• Provide final project approvals.
• Serve as an escalation resource for Tier 2 and 3 issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 7 years of experience as a Core HCM product owner and/or business analyst for HR systems, or similar business/technology roles.
• Knowledge of core HCM and its associated ecosystems, including integrations with compensation, benefits, recruiting, and compliance.
• Preferred experience with Workday.
• Strong understanding of Core HR processes and end-to-end integration touchpoints.
• Experience acting as a Product Owner or functional lead, including roadmap planning and backlog prioritization.
• A strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to drive alignment, influence stakeholders, and facilitate complex cross-functional discussions.
• Familiarity with other HR applications and platforms, such as Concur and ServiceNow.
• Proven experience delivering technology initiatives across design, testing, and implementation phases.
• Ability to make decisions, push back when necessary, and appropriately escalate issues.
• Capability to work independently while collaborating across teams, regions, and organizational levels.
• Organized and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
