HR Generalist – Manager

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as a delivery partner and ambassador for the People & Culture function.

β€’ Oversee and manage People & Culture projects from start to finish.

β€’ Assist with the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing workforce planning, talent mapping, remuneration alignment, promotions, performance and development, onboarding, offboarding, and engagement initiatives.

β€’ Provide advice and coaching to managers on employee relations issues.

β€’ Collaborate with People and Culture Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to design and implement programs.

β€’ Utilize ServiceNow and Workday to triage requests, oversee SLAs, and resolve cases.

β€’ Analyze people data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

β€’ Support change management and communication efforts for people initiatives.

β€’ Contribute to the development of knowledge management resources.

β€’ Foster trusted relationships with stakeholders and offer practical advice.

β€’ Integrate approved AI capabilities into daily operations and continuous improvement efforts.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

β€’ Demonstrated experience in operational HR and people service delivery within complex, matrix environments.

β€’ In-depth knowledge of HR principles, the Fair Work Act, enterprise agreements, awards, and employment legislation in Australia.

β€’ Proficiency with HR systems and tools, particularly ServiceNow and Workday.

β€’ Strong skills in stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing.

β€’ Ability to navigate uncertainty and prioritize competing demands.

β€’ Solid project management skills with a focus on detail, risk awareness, and results orientation.

β€’ Data literacy and strong analytical capabilities.

β€’ Exceptional communication skills.

β€’ Not available for work visa sponsorship.
