HR Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete employee life-cycle process for a growing, globally distributed team.

• Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations in Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

• Mitigate legal risks and guarantee compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in probationary period evaluations, annual review sessions, and disciplinary procedures.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR software from the ground up.

• Address employee demands, concerns, and various issues with tact and sensitivity.

• Empower middle management through leadership guidance.

• Monitor sick leave and annual leave records.

• Facilitate communication between management and team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

• Practical experience with HR practices and employee management.

• Strong knowledge of German or French labor laws and legal stipulations.

• Proficiency in English and at least two relevant languages, such as French, Spanish, Dutch, German, or others.

• Exceptional listening abilities.

• High attention to detail.
