This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and company protocols in accordance with relevant laws and standards.
β’ Report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.
β’ Aid in overseeing and guiding standard HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave management.
β’ Handle leave and accommodation cases from initial intake to final resolution.
β’ Administer FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and various federal, state, and organizational leave policies.
β’ Facilitate the ADA interactive process and coordinate reasonable accommodations with employees, management, and healthcare providers.
β’ Provide guidance to employees and managers on issues related to leave, disability, accommodation, and return-to-work procedures.
β’ Keep confidential records of leave, documentation, and case management tracking.
β’ Coordinate return-to-work programs.
β’ Assist with employee relations issues concerning attendance, leave, and workplace accommodations.
β’ Maintain and revise policies, forms, and resources related to leave for employees.
β’ Support HR projects, audits, and compliance efforts.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree or over 2 years of experience as a Human Resource Generalist is preferred.
β’ PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
β’ Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
β’ Demonstrated organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
β’ This position is safety-sensitive and may be subject to additional compliance requirements.
