HR Commercial Consultant, Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek out companies to discover business opportunities.

• Deliver recruitment and selection services, negotiate commercial terms, and establish new partnerships.

• Draft and submit contracts to formalize job vacancies.

• Oversee the recruitment and selection processes, from job advertising to candidate screening and assessment.

• Conduct interviews and prepare evaluations for assessed candidates.

• Develop and update job postings within the recruitment system.

• Manage and maintain the CRM, tracking negotiations, contacts, and business prospects.

• Provide support to clients and ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline.

• Own a computer and have an appropriate setup for remote work from home.

• Experience or proven abilities in business development, negotiation, and client relationship management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Well-organized, committed, proactive, and self-motivated, with the capacity to work independently.

• Familiarity with recruitment systems and CRM tools is advantageous.

• 1–3 years of professional experience is preferred.
