HR Change Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for all change-related activities and coordinate with sector HR leads concerning forthcoming TUPE initiatives.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of TUPE and change activities, including administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with legal timelines and established standards.

• Manage the consultation process documentation until resolution.

• Generate and present metrics to aid in decision-making, showcase achievements, and highlight areas needing enhancement.

• Leverage software applications to manage TUPE workstreams and change initiatives effectively.

• Foster cross-functional relationships to execute TUPE and change projects, while addressing and escalating risks when necessary.

• Collaborate, mentor, and support the business on restructuring procedures and assist in drafting business cases.

• Conduct final reviews to guarantee timely implementation of changes to structures, systems, and terms and conditions, escalating issues as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in TUPE and change management.

• Background in managing change programs and restructuring processes.

• Ideally possess a CIPD qualification at level 5, although this is not mandatory.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across various functions.
