This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Provide guidance and collaborate with leaders, managers, and employees on matters related to people, organizational structure, and employment law throughout the employee lifecycle.
β’ Establish and nurture positive relationships with employee representatives, including overseeing Works Council matters and procedures.
β’ Assist in organizational change, transformation, and change management efforts.
β’ Oversee and execute individual personnel actions in accordance with legal requirements, company policies, and corporate governance standards.
β’ Facilitate core HR processes, such as talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee development, recruitment, and workforce planning.
β’ Aid in the annual compensation and workforce planning cycles and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR processes, policies, and standards.
β’ Work together with internal and external stakeholders, support audits and compliance activities, and participate in local, regional, and international HR projects.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences, or a comparable field; alternatively, an equivalent professional qualification along with relevant HR experience.
β’ Several years of professional experience in a comprehensive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, preferably in an international and matrix-driven organization.
β’ Solid understanding of individual and collective employment law.
β’ Practical experience collaborating with employee representative bodies, such as Works Councils.
β’ Familiarity with core HR processes and experience in organizational change and transformation initiatives.
β’ Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
β’ Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
β’ Excellent consulting, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Organized, pragmatic, and solution-focused mindset, demonstrating a high level of initiative, accountability, business orientation, and discretion when dealing with sensitive issues.
β’ Proficient communication skills in both English and German (C1 level).
β’ Proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
