HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with managers on everyday personnel issues, performance management, staff development, and employee relations.

• Provide coaching to managers on effective personnel management and enhancing employee engagement.

• Assist in performance and talent management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and professional development.

• Work alongside the People team on engagement initiatives and employee programs.

• Discover opportunities to enhance HR processes through the use of AI, automation, and technology.

• Analyze employee data and feedback to pinpoint trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Coordinate closely with the PEO and Finance departments to ensure seamless implementation of payroll, benefits, compensation, and various HR procedures.

• Aid in organizational changes and initiatives as Zafran continues its growth trajectory.

• Foster a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, with a background in an HRBP or similar generalist position.

• Proficient hands-on experience with HiBob is essential.

• Proven experience collaborating with managers and employees across diverse functions.

• In-depth knowledge of HR practices.

• Exceptional communication, coaching, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage sensitive employee issues with sound judgment and discretion.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic and evolving environment.

• A proactive approach with the ability to develop and refine processes.

• Genuine interest in AI, automation, and enhancing HR efficiency.
