This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Middle East.
• Develop and execute intelligent automation systems for EOR Operations.
• Integrate data across various platforms, reduce manual tasks, and facilitate scalable global operations.
• Leverage customer and employee feedback, along with operational data and insights, to enhance HR experience, quality, and results.
• Align projects with strategic goals and provide expert advice on risk, compliance, and scalability.
• Incorporate statutory and employment-related regulatory requirements into automation and system design.
• Manage multi-phase initiatives encompassing process redesign, tooling, and change management from planning to optimization.
• Analyze operational processes, pinpoint bottlenecks, and design comprehensive automated workflows.
• Construct and maintain data pipelines using native connectors or APIs across HRIS, case management, payroll, and other applications.
• Prototype and implement automations utilizing low-code/no-code platforms.
• Deploy and oversee AI tools or agents for document processing, query triage, policy guidance, and data auditing.
• Design multi-agent frameworks and governance policies with human oversight for compliant AI implementation.
• Establish and maintain automation observability and governance, including tracing, logging, evaluation, access controls, and auditability.
• Create operational data models for reporting, auditing, compliance, and data integrity.
• Develop and improve HR Operations analytics dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Sigma.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, change management, training, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the technical lead for AI and Automation within Operations.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Report to the Senior Manager, Mobility.
• Demonstrated ownership and autonomy, capable of identifying tasks, setting direction, and delivering results independently.
• Proven experience in taking initiatives from initial exploration through to sustainable delivery.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Progressive experience in automation, business process optimization, and systems integration.
• Skilled in translating operational challenges into automated and intelligent solutions.
• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services is preferred.
• Knowledge of user experience and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with building automation in regulated or compliance-sensitive fields such as hiring, employment, or payroll.
• Strong understanding of sensitive data lifecycle risks and data privacy requirements.
• Extensive hands-on experience with low-code workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n, or similar.
• Basic scripting experience with Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Proven ability to build custom agents, API integrations, webhooks, or message queues and glue services.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of mobility and immigration processes is a plus.
• Previous remote work experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
