πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering quick and accurate responses while directing complex questions appropriately.

β€’ Assist with the management of documents, including filing, scanning, and organizing HR and personnel files.

β€’ Help with data entry, maintaining records, and generating reports within the Paylocity HRIS system.

β€’ Contribute to employee wellness programs, such as Calm app enrollments, communications, and usage tracking.

β€’ Aid in benefits administration and address routine employee inquiries.

β€’ Handle login and password resets for employee platforms.

β€’ Conduct regular data audits, identifying missing fields, duplicate entries, and inconsistencies.

β€’ Assist with the logistics of open enrollment, including communications, tracking, and follow-up actions.

β€’ Dispatch reminders for timecard and payroll deadlines while monitoring completion.

β€’ Prepare employment verifications and standard letters using established templates.

β€’ Maintain HR trackers, checklists, and calendars.

β€’ Coordinate interview schedules, send calendar invitations and confirmations, and set up video conferencing links.

β€’ Oversee the interview calendar and tracker.

β€’ Create onboarding pages for new hires and arrange HR welcome and BAI training calls.

β€’ Monitor policy acknowledgments and mandatory notices, reporting any outstanding items.

β€’ Manage employee and candidate information with the utmost confidentiality.

β€’ Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the HR department.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Preferred 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role.

β€’ A high school diploma is mandatory.

β€’ An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a relevant field is preferred.

β€’ Possess sound judgment regarding what issues to address directly and what to escalate, with a willingness to ask questions early rather than make assumptions.

β€’ Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

β€’ Capacity to manage confidential and sensitive information discreetly.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

β€’ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

β€’ Experience with Paylocity or other HRIS platforms is strongly preferred.

β€’ Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
