Hotel Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify hotels and gather market data for clients in key locations.

• Compile hotel names, addresses, contact details, and star ratings utilizing internal databases and online resources.

• Oversee RFP/RFI procedures via API’s JET platform to secure and negotiate rates, concessions, and contract terms with hotel and ground transportation suppliers.

• Explore hotel alternatives and monitor data within Salesforce.

• Evaluate market trends and conditions to achieve advantageous scenarios for airlines and hotel partners.

• Develop destination presentations using Microsoft products and Adobe software, showcasing savings and aligning with revenue objectives.

• Arrange hotel site inspections both domestically and internationally as necessary.

• Manage feedback from crewmembers for assigned accounts, addressing complaints and compliments within airline-specific SLAs.

• Execute additional tasks as needed to meet business requirements, including designated data protection or information assurance responsibilities.
